Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC (3rd Floor Ballroom), SAFE Summit 2025: The Energy Transportation Security Nexus, is a must attend event for the global community of energy, transportation, and supply chain leaders to encounter cutting edge ideas, discover new ways of thinking, and to network with other professionals working towards the same goal of shaping policies that advance the economic and national security of the United States, its partners, and allies.

What’s Included

Your SAFE Summit Registration includes an opening networking reception on Monday, March 31 followed by two days of compelling programming from corporate and government leaders in the minerals, energy, and transportation space, along with two networking lunches, a second networking mixer at the end of programming on day one, and ample networking breaks. SAFE Summit sponsors will be available for networking at their sponsor pods located next to the plenary room. Also included in registration is the opportunity for your organization to request meetings with funding agencies about your program/project. Government Registration: The discounted government rate is available to all U.S. federal, state, and local government employees, regardless of their geographic location.

Group Registrations: SAFE offers groups of ten or more an opportunity for a group registration rate. Contact [email protected] with a subject line of “Group for Ten Attendees Requested.”

Refunds: SAFE Summit registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SAFE at [email protected] by March 3, 2025, with a subject line of, ‘SAFE Summit Refund Request’ for you to receive a refund of your registration fee paid minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. All refunds are processed after the SAFE Summit. Refunds will not be granted for requests received after March 3, 2025. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Transfers: Registrations are nontransferable.

The Electrification Coalition develops and implements a broad set of strategies to
facilitate widespread adoption of electric vehicles. These strategies include policy development, advocacy campaigns, consumer education, fleet electrification, cultivation of bipartisan support, community electrification planning, EV supply chain development, and coalition building.

We’re working to electrify the way we move through projects and programs like the American Cities Climate Challenge, State EV Policy Accelerator, Electrification Coalition Business Council, Freight Electrification Project, and Climate Mayors EV Purchasing Collaborative.
