The Mobile Attendee App is designed to enhance your experience at the SAFE Summit 2024. It enables direct communication with all attendees or selected groups, ensuring everyone stays connected. Upon loading the app, attendees are provided with essential information, including their daily agenda and session details. The primary goals of this app is to allow you find your session details and resources, while to connecting with your fellow Safe Summit 2024 attendees.
App Download and Login Instructions:
- The EventsAir app can be downloaded from the respective app store for iOS and Android devices. Attendees should search for “EventsAir” in their app store.
- You will need to enter the Event Code: safesummit2024
- For logging in, users will need their event-specific credentials (your email address and App pin NOTE: your app pin was sent to you in an email. If you cannot find that email, you can use the “forgot password” process to retrieve it).
2. Logistics and App Usage:
- The app offers direct communication with attendees and is designed for quick setup, even with slow internet connections.
- Attendees can access their daily schedules, session data, and other event-related information through the app.
Highlighting Cool Features:
- Agenda and My Agenda: These features allow attendees to view the entire event agenda and create a personalized one by selecting specific sessions. This customization facilitates easy tracking of preferred sessions and activities.
- Speakers: This tool enables attendees to search for and learn more about the summit speakers. It includes access to speakers’ profiles, social media links, and more.
- My Meetings: Attendees can schedule meetings with peers, facilitating networking. The app supports various communication methods, including live text chat and messaging.
- Social Wall: A dedicated social network feature within the app where attendees can share photos, videos, and comments, creating a Summit community and interactive event experience. It also includes a leaderboard to encourage active participation.
- Attendee Networking: A networking space where attendees can connect, exchange contact information, and communicate. While in this tool you may scan the QR codes of fellow attendees for better matchmaking and post-summit networking.
