Your SAFE Summit Registration includes two days of compelling programming from corporate and government leaders in the minerals, energy and transportation space, along with two networking lunches, a networking mixer at the end of programming on day one, and ample networking breaks. SAFE Summit sponsors will be available for networking at their sponsor pods. Also included in registration is the opportunity for your organization to request meetings with funding agencies about your program/project. Safe is proud to have the following federal agencies confirmed as of December 15, 2025:
Government Registration: The discounted government rate is available to all U.S. federal, state, and local government employees, regardless of their geographic location.
Group Registrations: SAFE offers groups of ten or more an opportunity for a group registration rate. Contact [email protected] with a subject line of “Group for Ten Attendees Requested.”
Refunds: SAFE Summit registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SAFE at [email protected] by March 30, 2026, with a subject line of, ‘SAFE Summit Refund Request’ in order for you to receive a refund of your registration fee paid minus a $100 cancellation fee. All refunds are processed after the SAFE Summit. Refunds will not be granted for requests received after March 30, 2026. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Transfers: Registrations are nontransferable.
