Also included in registration is the opportunity for your organization to request meetings with funding agencies about your program/project.

Important Information
Government Registration: The discounted government rate is available to all U.S. federal, state, and local government employees, regardless of their geographic location.
Group Registrations: For a group registration rate (groups of ten or more), contact [email protected] with a subject line of ‘Group for Ten Attendees Requested.’
Refunds: SAFE Summit registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SAFE at [email protected] by February 10, 2024, with a subject line of, ‘SAFE Summit Refund Request’ for you to receive a refund of your registration fee paid minus a $100.00 cancellation fee. All refunds are processed after the SAFE Summit. Refunds will not be granted for requests received after February 10, 2024. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Transfers: Registrations are nontransferable.
Scholarships: If you would like to be considered for a scholarship to attend SAFE Summit, please send an email with the subject line of “scholarship to attend Summit” to [email protected]. Please include a brief statement regarding why you are requesting a scholarship.
